Effective March 23, 2020 permit drop-off is suspended, and office location is closed until further
notice. We will continue to monitor and respond to phone calls and emails during the closure.
Please send a PFD copy of new and revised permit applications to
firstname.lastname@example.org prior to mail them. We will reply to you within 48 hours if the
documents are sufficient before you can mail the permit application.
We will continue to receive/accept permit applications, registrations and fee payments ONLY via mail.
