The installation of a new 36-inch force main continues along NW 107 Avenue from south of NW 7 Street to NW 25 Street.
The intersection of NW 107 Avenue and NW 25 Street will be partially closed for construction from Friday, February 4, 2022, at 8 p.m. through Monday, February 7, 2022 at approximately 5 a.m.
Lane Closure Information:
Northbound traffic on NW 107 Avenue:
- The road will be reduced to one lane heading northbound on NW 107 Avenue from NW 21 Street to NW 25 Street.
- Motorists traveling northbound on NW 107 Avenue will be able to continue straight or make a right at NW 25 Street.
- Motorists traveling northbound on NW 107 Avenue will not be able to make a left at NW 25 Street to go westbound. Traffic will be detoured around the work zone as stated below in the northbound detour route.
Southbound traffic on NW 107 Avenue:
- The southbound intersection will be closed at NW 25 Street.
- Motorists traveling southbound on NW 107 Avenue will only be able to make a right turn at NW 25 Street. Traffic will be detoured around the work zone as stated below in the southbound detour route.
Westbound traffic on NW 25 Street:
- The westbound left and straight through lanes will be closed at NW 25 Street.
- Motorists traveling westbound on NW 25 Street will only be able to make a right at NW 107 Avenue. Traffic will be detoured around the work zone as stated below in the northbound detour route.
Eastbound traffic on NW 25 Street:
- The eastbound left turn and straight through lanes will be closed at NW 25 Street.
- Motorists traveling eastbound on NW 25 Street will only be able to make a right at NW 107 Avenue.
- Motorists can make a U-turn on NW 107 Avenue just south of NW 23 Street to go northbound on NW 107 Avenue and make a right turn at NW 25 Street to continue eastbound.
Detour Information:
Southbound detour route:
Southbound motorists on NW 107 Avenue will be detoured to turn right at NW 25 Street, turn left at NW 109 Avenue, turn left at NW 21 Street and turn right at NW 107 Avenue.
Northbound detour route:
Northbound motorists on NW 107 Avenue who wish to go westbound on NW 25 Street will be detoured around the work zone to turn left at NW 33 Street, turn left at NW 112 Avenue and turn right to access NW 25 Street.

As the force main installation progresses, temporary pavement will be placed to allow crews to reopen the impacted lanes to traffic. Final restoration will be done at the conclusion of the project.
