PASSPORT OFFICE CORONAVIRUS NOTICE

Effective Thursday, March 19, 2020, the City of Sweetwater Passport Office will be limiting their hours of operations due to the COVID-19. Our priority is to ensure the safety, health, well-being of our residents, visitors and employees. Appointments will no longer be available until after July 1.

New hours of operations will be Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Walk-Ins: 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.

Appointments: 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 p.m.

Saturday

Walk-ins: 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 p.m.

Sunday

Closed

Walk-ins are limited to the first 90 applicants

Applicants age 16 & 17

Renewal (Passport issued for 10 years and not 5 or more years expired)

Please note the renewal of a ten-year passport that is not 5 or more years expired cannot be processed at our Acceptance Facility
