CANCELED: Easter Eggstravaganza Event

The City of Sweetwater’s Annual Easter Eggstravaganza event scheduled for Sunday, April 12, 2020, has been canceled due to COVID-19 health concerns. We are abiding the prevention guidance by Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and following the declaration of the state of emergency by Governor Ron DeSantis.

Our priority is to ensure the well-being, health and safety of our residents and employees. In an abundance of caution, we believe that the cancellation of the event is the most prudent decision at this time.

We must continue to follow Local and State guidelines to prevent the spread of the respiratory disease.
