FREE MAMMOGRAM SERVICES
(Sweetwater) – October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and in its honor, Mayor Orlando Lopez and Chairman Jose “Pepe” Diaz in partnership with La Liga Contra El Cancer, will once again be offering free mammogram services for women 40 to 60 years old with no insurance and low income on Saturday, October 2, 2021, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., at Ronselli Park, 250 SW 114th Avenue, Sweetwater, FL, 33174.
The mammogram services are by appointment only and must be scheduled before October 2nd. You can schedule an appointment by calling (305)-856-4914. Due to COVID-19, La Liga Contra El Cancer is requesting that women who schedule an appointment for Saturday, October 2, 2021, remain in their vehicles and call once they arrive at 305-856-8366.
